Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey was founded in 1766 and is distinguished as the 8th oldest institution of higher learning in the United States of America. Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick (RBS) was founded in 1929 and has expanded its offerings to include graduate programs in the early 1950s when MBA and MBA in Professional Accounting programs were added (the latter was the first of its kind in the United States). In 1978, a PhD in Management was created and the Executive MBA program was established in 1980. Today the Executive MBA program is offered in the United States and Singapore. RBS has been accredited by AACSB International since 1941 (the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business) and is a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities (AAU). Shortest Duration – 14.5 months in Singapore with classes held over 2 weekends and 2 weekday evening classes minimises time off from work. Program begins 15 Feb 2020 and will conclude in Apr 2021. Intake is once a year.
Most comprehensive US EMBA in Singapore 18 modules program – covers general management modules such as Organizational Behaviour, Business Strategy, Global Leadership and Finance and Economics related modules (strengths of Rutgers). At least 40% of course content are updated annually and are adapted to the Asia Pacific region to ensure its relevance. Each modules will have 38 class contact hours with the professors.
